(22/11/2007) – Yvette Cooper, Minister for Housing announces the roll-out for all properties

Today, Yvette Cooper has announced that as of 14th December 2007, all properties which are marketed for sale will require a Home Information Pack.  This announcement comes as the criteria for the roll out to all properties, as set on the 11th June 2007, has now been met.  To read the full Ministerial Statement please click here.
